service which allows everyone to combine their knowledge and data to build one huge, shared database.

Registration is necessary to access most of the services in this site. You are fully
responsible for all activities that occur under your password and/or user name.

In consideration of your use of the Services, you agree, where information is requested, to
provide true, accurate, and complete information about yourself. You agree that if any
information you provide is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may terminate your use of
the Sites and/or the Services

The services, information or data (collectively,
"Information") made available at the Site are provided "AS IS", without warranties of
any kind. The Owner expressly disclaims any representations and warranties,
including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose.

Revisions of Policy:-
OneFamilyTree has the right, at its sole discretion, to modify this Agreement or the Service from time to time.
Changes will be posted at OneFamilyTree site. If any portion of the changes in Agreement is unacceptable
to you or will cause you to no longer be in compliance with the Agreement, you may cancel your
account by notifying us within 4 weeks of date of posting (or before the date indicated in the
posting).
